Will my bag look exactly as shown online
Not exactly. Each Kapu bag is woven by hand by different weavers which means subtle variations is part of the process. Slight difference in tones, patterns and colors may occur and we consider these nuances an integral part of the bag's character. The details reflect the human process behind each piece.
How can I clean the bag
Baskets crafted from natural materials like sisal require gentle care and should never be submerged in water. Instead, use a damp cloth to clean them. When dealing with spots or marks, use a lint-free cloth against the affected area until moisture is fully absorbed. Avoid scrubbing, as this will drive the stain deeper into the material and compromise the weave. Replace your cloth with a clean one as needed, continuing this blotting process until no residue transfers to the fabric. To protect the basket's shape, allow it to air dry naturally rather than using direct heat or enclosed storage
