At Kapu Moda, we are committed to ensuring a smooth and timely shipping experience. We offer free domestic shipping on all orders and aim to dispatch orders within 2-7 business days. Due to the high volume of orders, please allow extra processing time during sales, holiday periods, launches, and promotional events!

Please double-check that your order and address details are correct before placing your order. We are unable to guarantee any edits to orders after they are placed. 

Italy Orders

  • Free shipping on all domestic orders.
  • Shipping times will be displayed at checkout.

Please note that once the package is in the hands of the courier, delivery timelines and handling are beyond our control.

International Orders

  • Shipping cost and time will be displayed at checkout.

Please enter your shipping address in English. For all countries except the United States, customers are responsible for any customs duties, clearance fees, and import taxes. For U.S. orders, our prices are all-inclusive and cover shipping, customs duties, clearance fees, and all applicable taxes.

If your order is returned to the sender due to an incorrect or incomplete address, you will need to pay for the reshipment.

We process and ship orders quickly, and we cannot guarantee any order cancellations or changes.

Incorrect Address:

Kapu Moda relies on the accuracy of the address provided at checkout. Once an order has been shipped and tracking information is provided, the shipping address cannot be changed. If an incorrect address is submitted and the package cannot be delivered, Kapu Moda cannot offer a refund or reship the item. We kindly ask you to double-check your address at checkout to ensure successful delivery.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Kapu Moda is not liable for items that are lost, stolen, or damaged in transit. If for any reason your item is lost after being marked “delivered,” please file a claim directly with the carrier.

Preorder Information

Items available for preorder will be clearly marked. We will do our best to deliver your item by the estimated ship date and will keep you notified of any changes.
